Episode 67: When It Looked Like God Had Left
When it looked like God had left, He was actually clearing the way.
In this episode we look at the fall of Dagon—the false god standing at the center of some of the most intense battles in Scripture. Through the stories of Samson and the Ark of the Covenant, we see a powerful pattern: when the visible signs of God’s presence disappear and it feels like He has abandoned His people, He is often preparing a harvest and cutting down the false gods, giants, and strongholds that stand in the way.
What feels like a test becomes a testimony—not only for the one walking through it, but for everyone watching and for every power that rises against the living God. Dagon falls. The strength returns in the place of apparent defeat. The harvest continues even when the glory seems gone.
This is an episode about the God who does not abandon His people or His purpose, even when it looks like He has left.
